- Develop demand-based storytelling by cultural contents area
- Facilitate the academy for story plan and training creators
- Planning, creating and producing storytelling-style new media content and MCN contents
- Provide public lectures the cultural contents and story contents and training program planning for each level
- Conduct domestic academic conferences and screenings every quarter, monthly seminars, and annual international academic conferences
- Publish the ‘STORY CONTENTS’ journal
- Publish the academic journal series and public journal series
- Foster the succession generation for global academic on cultural contents as Korean studies
